The front personnel were very professional, friendly, and help full. The location near the Eiffel tower was great. The rooms were nice but my tv didn't work and the offered solution was to move to another room. The breakfast buffet was the second best I've had, only behind an Easter buffet.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Pullman. I had booked this room last fall and we were not disappointed. Take advantage and book a balcony room, the view was amazing!! Lovely room with fridge, coffee set up. Clean and comfy bed. We were there for our anniversary and received a lovely welcome from the staff! Thank you! Great Breakfast options. Cabs available, near the Metro and RER Ending our day with a view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling is a top memory from our trip! Merci!

Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Staff very informative and helpful. On arrival we were booked into our room and proceeded to go to the room as it was vacant. On opening the door there was a couple there already checked in. Had to go back to reception to then be allocated another room. Lovely room with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The following day there was only 1 lift working out of 3. Luckily for us we were only on the second floor. Having been out all day and walking 25000 steps all we wanted to do was get back to the room to rest. On going to our room only to find our keyless card wouldn’t work. Back to reception to have it redone. Lack of caffe and bars in that area without going to the Metro or get a taxi. Overall I would stay here again as lovely hotel with a fabulous view.

It is like an overpaid under qualified worker you have in your business. One of the most rudest staff exception a couple I will name them. But mostly behave they just never heard you. After an 18 hour struggle with flight and luggage when i arrived at way beyond check in time at 6:00PM i am told to wait and then given a room which is not clean and has a very bad plumbing . Plus the lady says ( i believe she was the manager ) we will fix it once you come back. It never got fixed and the night shift boy changed the room with an apology his name Nayeem.

Good hotel - Excellent location - Amazing staff.

My company organised a large tour event at this hotel recently and it was very successful. We worked with Catherine, the Events Director and Morgane in the Front office and they did an amazing job and put in a lot of personal effort to ensure everything ran perfectly from start to finish. The hotel is well managed and all the staff were very friendly, responded quickly to requests and made a big effort to ensure the event went well. The group enjoyed their stay and excellent breakfasts at the Pullman which is in a fantastic location right next to The Eiffel Tower. Good hotel, Excellent location and Amazing staff.
